When you create an account with Mindbody (our booking platform) you agree to the terms and conditions of their Privacy Policy and that the information contained in their Privacy Policy serves as notice at or before the point of collection for all information collected as described in their policy.

In addition, if you become a member of Vespertine ATX, you agree to the terms and conditions in our membership contract and that the information collected in “Communication Acknowledgement” is used to provide you with essential service updates, booking confirmations, and necessary communications related to your membership.

If you would no longer like to receive any communications from Vespertine ATX, you can reply directly to any message with the words “STOP” or you can contact us directly with this request by calling 512-651-1091 or emailing hello@vespertineatx.com.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from Vespertine ATX and to Vespertine ATX from you. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

As always, Vespertine ATX will will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
