Join us as we journey inward through conscious connected breathwork to unlock the hidden chambers of our body, mind, and soul. During this experience we will weave together breath, intention, and the power of community to illuminate and liberate the stuck emotions, fears, and self-limiting stories that hold us captive.
Bring your intentions and an open heart, and prepare to embark on an experience of profound self-discovery and transformation.

Wear something cozy and comfy
What to bring:
Feel free to bring a light blanket and/or pillow or bolster for back support as you will be laying down for most of the experience.

Cryptids & Creatures: Midwinter Party!

Join us for an evening of magickal Midwinter shenanigans! Come dressed as your favorite cryptid or creature from winter lore! We will have a group ritual to light our coven-crafted Yule log 🪵🕯 and an optional witchy gift exchange 🎁💖!
There will be a catwalk contest for the most creative dress + personal adornment, drinks & treats, and solo/duet performances where we'll witness our fellow witches authentically express themselves through dance, movement, and other creative expressions!

Guides Night Out: SPIRIT GUIDE Workshop
Saturday, December 21, 2024 | 6:30 – 9:00 pm with Samara

If you would like an opportunity to meet and/or practice connecting with your guides, this is for you. Samara will go over techniques for tuning into guides and then we will take turns connecting with each other’s guides and sharing. (You also have the option of just listening and absorbing.) All levels of experience are welcome!
These meetups are a great way to get information from your guides about a particular area of life like: career, relationships, life changes, etc.

Guide booklets and a surprise gift are included (if you already have a booklet, bring it. Additional sheets will be available)

Intro to Esoerotic Pole Dance: 6-Week Series

Are you looking to learn the basics of pole dance, but from an embodied, sensual perspective? Then join us for this series where we will learn pole dance foundations while also doing the inner work necessary to awaken our innate and authentic sensuous expression!
Each week, we will learn foundational moves, transitions, and spins, then tie them together in an enchanting choreographed routine!
This series also includes group discussion and weekly non-pole homework prompts. At the end of the 6 weeks, you'll have expanded both your internal and external wisdom, and be officially initiated into our pole coven!
This series is intended for those with beginner pole experience or just starting their pole and sensual dance journey.
***Please note that while this is a 6-week course, we will have a 1-week break partway through on October 13!***
What to bring:
• Kneepads and/or leg warmers HIGHLY recommended, heels optional.
What to wear:

Intro to Esoeroticism: 3-Week Series
September 25 - October 9, 2024 | 7:55–9:10pm with Ruby

We recommend this 3-week series for all students new to the studio who are looking to tap into their innate sensual magick through dance and movement!
Esoeroticism is esoteric intention (internal, mystical) combined with erotic embodiment (sexual, sensual). During this series, we'll learn to feel comfortable and embodied exploring soulful sexuality through the transformative magick of sensual floorwork!
Each week, we'll break down and explore foundational movement, then alchemize them together into an enchanting choreographed sequence. There will also be witchy chats about what makes this movement so transformational!
Upon completion of this series, you'll have the technique and confidence to wield your sensuous sorcery in our open-level classes! Each week includes a slow, melty warm-up, and concludes with an empowering seductress circle.
This series includes a weekly PDF and homework prompts, as well as a weekly video for those who'd like to practice between sessions!
Please note, This is a floorwork class, so kneepads are HIGHLY recommended (and are available for sale at the studio.) Also, socks or leg warmers for top of foot coverage are required.
